The neighborhoods in San Francisco were picture perfect. I loved the tree lined streets. This neighborhood was right around the corner from the famous Painted Ladies. These historic homes are so beautiful! We walked all over the city on this day. My boots had a heel on them so after a couple hours of walking my feet started to ache, I thought ahead and brought my Sole Serum, though! After we thought we were so smart and trekked up a couple blocks from the harbor to catch the cable car, I needed it. We ended up walking 12 blocks before finding a cable car that had room. *face palm*
I loved this layered look for the day of sight-seeing. I needed the cardigan in the morning and late afternoon when the temperatures dropped but was able to easily take it off for the warmer parts of the day. The elbow patches are probably my favorite part of it! I bought mine through Stitch Fix, but I found a very similar one linked below. Layering this sweater over plaid is a very simple way to dress up an otherwise casual shirt!

If you are ever in San Francisco, catch the cable car at the end of Hyde St. at the harbor, do not try to out smart the system like we did!
