Island Ferry Ride in my favorite sweater.
Waking up early on vacation is not for the faint of heart. Let me tell you, trying to get ready and pack up all your stuff to get to the ferry by 8:00 am was not easy. It was so worth it, though! We were able to go visit Alcatraz on the Rock in the early morning. Mark Twain was right about it being the coldest winter he ever spent was a summer in San Francisco. Hence, the three layers. This sweater is by far one of my favorite for layering! I found it at TJ Maxx last year for about $20, it's a Cynthia Rowley piece. The details always add a fun element to my outfit. I felt almost nautical inspired riding on the ferry to the island. Especially with layering my favorite gingham blouse under it.
