Let me tell you, it has been difficult. I had been dependent on Coke and sugar to sustain my energy through the day. Life is unfortunately super stressful right now. As I was talking to my mom about this fact, I realized that life will ALWAYS be stressful. I can't keep using that as an excuse to not take my health seriously. Ledbetter is a great resource to plug into if you need guidance on a change for your body. They are an amazing company! My mom and I both have been doing a modified diet to cut my sugar cravings. The first 4 days were awful, just warning you. I didn't realize how badly I was dependent on sugar. I am now doing lower carbs to try and keep my cravings at bay while keeping my metabolism fired up. I have since completed 3 weeks of this plan and I am feeling awesome! Although, I have fallen off the trail a little due to stress...again. I have added working out again, very lightly so I don't tire myself out to the point where I can't function in the rest of my life. I have also been doing the Teami 30 day detox and LOVE the results.
