Two Ways to Wear a Button Up | Dressy vs. Casual

I love my button up tops. Seriously, I don't think I have tried one on that I haven't loved. One thing I love the most about them is that they are versatile! I am sharing how to easily dress them up and down.I'm sharing how to wear a button up 2 ways, dressy and casually. I'm sharing how to wear a button up 2 ways, dressy and casually. A soft neutral gingham print?! Count me in! I love my neutrals, which is no surprise to you if you have been following my blog for a while. This button up is easily one of my all time favorites. It is made out of the softest material, it has a slit side to allow for full movement, and the back is longer for better coverage. The Amy Shirt by Evy's Tree comes in a cute blue and white stripe too!

Dressy: I dressed it up with heels and this clutch. This is the perfect look for a date night, girls night out, a more casual look for Church, or even a fun shopping trip. I can't be the only one that likes to dress up a little when I go shopping. You can add basically any color with this pallet. I loved adding my typical pink lip but a maroon for Fall or a red for Winter would be gorgeous as well.

Casual: To create a more casual feel I layered a cardigan with elbow patches over the button up and exchanged my heels for comfortable booties. This is a great look for a mama on the go, casual day at work, family pictures, running errands, etc. Basically, this can be your uniform! You can also layer a cute jean jacket, cargo jacket or vest, or a leather jacket for a little different feel.

To get the most out of your wardrobe, try and put together multiple outfits with one piece.
