10 Must Have Spring + Summer Jackets | GIVEAWAY

10 Jackets you need in your wardrobe for Spring and Summer!

Spring and Summer are the seasons you don’t think about needing jackets but you almost always do. I’m sharing 10 of my personal favorites that will be game changers these seasons.

These are not listed in any particular order but they are all in full rotation through the Spring and Summer. Some of these may surprise you for being worn as a jacket but they are amazing!

One: Chambray top

A chambray top is a great top be worn as a button up top but in the Spring and Summer, I love wearing this as an open front jacket. I have worn this one for over a year after I had to replace mine of nearly 5 years. You cannot go wrong with this piece. It can be worn with shorts, jeans, skirts, dresses, etc.

Two: Puffer Vest

This is what I wear in the Spring time with a t-shirt or long sleeve shirt with. It also travels with me when we go camping in the summer! Spring can be a super chilly season so don’t write off a slightly heavier weight option.

Three: Green Utility Jacket

I wear this constantly through the Spring and Summer. In the Spring, I layer it with sweaters. In the Summer, I layer it with t-shirts and shorts. You should try it layered over dresses too, it’s the perfect neutral layering piece.

Four: Long Duster

Yes, this is not considered a “jacket” in most places but it is in my book. I wear all my dusters as jackets in the Spring and Summer. It’s a cozy way to add a pop of color or to just switch up your normal go to.

Five: Tan Trench Coat

I invested in this piece last Spring and have lived in it! I love it with a dress or dress clothes but my favorite is with jeans and a t-shirt for a classic look. If you don’t have a trench, you need one!

Six: Green Utility Vest

I wear this piece year-round as well but highlight it in the Spring and Summer. It’s so lightweight that I can wear it layered over a dress or a t-shirt and shorts!

Seven: Brown Suede Moto Jacket

I just got this jacket this last Spring and have worn it SO much. I love wearing it with dress pants for a more trendy look, over a dress like I have it here, or with shorts! It’s a versatile piece that not many have in their wardrobes but should!

Eight: Colored Blazer:

This blazer is about 4 years old and is my MOST worn blazer in my closet. You’ve seen me wear it with a baseball hat, jeans, leggings, etc. I firmly believe to buy pieces that make your wardrobe fun, especially in the Spring and Summer. Choosing colors is an amazing way to spice up your wardrobe rather than wearing black all the time.

Nine: Patterned Utility Jacket

I bought this piece on a whim and I can tell you without a doubt that those $15 have been well worth it. I love wearing patterns under this piece. It’s great to wear over your typical Spring and Summer outfits while giving them a fun texture!

Ten: Pink (colored) Trench Coat

I bought this piece thinking that it would be a fun piece every once and a while. I have worn this SO much! Having a fun pop of color in a jacket is a great way to make your wardrobe stretch and feel different!

Have fun with your jackets for Spring and Summer! Your wardrobe will thank you.
