White Tshirt Uniform | Recipe for Bfast Meal Prep

It's a funny combo but we will go with it ;) I love my basic white tee uniform, especially on the weekends when I am preparing for a busy work week! Prepping food has been a life saver while working full time and blogging so I am sharing my FAVORITE breakfast prep recipe today as well![symple_column size="one-half" position="first" fade_in="false"][/symple_column][symple_column size="one-half" position="last" fade_in="false"][/symple_column]

OUTFIT DETAILS Tshirt ($11!!!) c/o | High Waist Jeans | HEELS | NECKLACE c/o | WATCH | BRACELET one, two |Lips (Snob)

OUTFIT:

Tshirt and jeans are how I survive on the weekend! I don't want to look undone though so I dress it up a bit to keep it functional and chic. $11 for a tshirt is a steal, this one has the cutest ruffle along the edge that takes it up a step! This necklace makes a great pop of color and keeps it fresh for Summer. You don't have to wear heels like I did, although this is a favorite combo! Sandals wedges or booties are great as well!

I have been living in these jeans!!! Scored them for $15 HERE, keep your eye out for when they drop again. I wear a size 4 and they fit true to size. You can't go wrong with this style!

RECIPE:

Food prepping is the only way we have found to not go out to eat every day and meet my health goals. The meal I have the hardest time with is breakfast. Let's be honest, most mornings doing my makeup as to not scare my coworkers is a higher priority than eating a balanced first meal. Awful but true! That is until I made this recipe up, game changer!

*Anything I use a dairy substitute for, you can use a dairy product for ;)

BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Preheat oven to 375Spray a glass pyrex pan with non-stick cooking spray.Ingredients:1 lb ground sausage8 eggs3/4 cup shredded hash browns2 TB almond milkEverything but the Bagel seasoning (Trader Joes)Brown 1 lb of Sausage (We use the Jimmy Dean sausage from Costco, it's a 3 lb package and we freeze the other two pounds for the next two weeks. The most budget friendly way to do it!).Sprinkle sausage in pyrex pan creating one layer.Toss frozen hash browns in the same pan from the sausage.Cover for 5 minutes to cook through then uncover for a couple to get crispy.Layer as a second layer over the sausage.Beat the 8 eggs in a bowl and add the milk. You can add a little salt and pepper to the egg mixture for added flavor!Pour egg mixture over the layers in the pyrex pan.Sprinkle "everything but the bagel" seasoning over the casserole.* I don't put shredded cheese on ours due to my allergy but you can at this point if you like!Cook in the oven for 45 minutes.Let stand for 5, then cut into the serving size of choice. We pack ours in a pyrex dish in the fridge. Every Monday, I take a dish of my 5 breakfasts to work and keep in the fridge there so I can eat right when I get there. I have to shave down as much time in my morning routine in order to get to work on time;)

I hope this recipe helps you!
