Blogging Mistakes | I'm Human Too
I opened up on my IG Stories about how I am human too. I want to share my blogging mistakes with you in hopes that this encourages you that my life is not perfection! My Instagram and blog is the face of my brand but I want to help share behind the scenes blogging mistakes and let you know that LIFE happens for me too....and it's ok.
I won't expand too much on each photo because, well, they are self-explanatory lol! I will, however, say that when I first started blogging I would be SO embarrassed at the photos that didn't turn out, they looked like these. Blogging has been a humbling journey for me. The more open and honest I am with y'all the more free I feel in spirit! This is such an amazing place to be in.
A year ago, I was deleting these photos and hiding them so no one could ever see me in these "embarrassing" photos. I started saving them a few months back because I wanted to share that blogging mistakes happen, I'm human too. Not everything turns out perfect. I wish I could show the ones that are deleted because they far outshine these lol!
How many photos do you think it takes to get the one perfect dress twirling photo??30 at least!
Being a blogger in a small town means I know a lot of my followers because they were my friends and family first. I hear feedback regularly and feel discouraged when I hear that they wish they could look like my pictures every day. Truth is, I DON'T look like my pictures every day and that's OK.
So here's my take on showing you the REAL me, not the blogger PROFESSIONAL me. I hope you can laugh alongside these blogging mistakes with me because, y'all, they are just that good! *insert laugh crying face*

Just remember, behind the edited photos and bright airy Instagram themes, we are all human. We still wake up with messy hair, bad breath, and sleepy eyes!
