My favorite trend this summer has been monochromatic outfits. This semi-monochromatic outfit was inspired by this beautifully embroidered blouse from Pink Blush Boutique. It went perfectly with my new white denim I scored at Ross. This top is nice and lightweight to wear in the summertime heat. It's a linen blend so it is extremely comfortable! I also threw a plaid shirt over it on 4th of July when the evening got cool, definitely going to be a repeat outfit for me this Fall! Cognac brown is the best accent for casual outfits. I cannot get enough of this color. These wedges are worn at least 4 days a week, just ask my husband! They are a great height to flatter your legs, especially with skinny jeans. I am always sure my jeans hit just above the top of my heels or flats for the perfect fit, a cuff sometimes is necessary to pull it off :) Well, I am off to swim the day away with my husband and family on our 'Stay Cation' here in Palm Springs.
