I always struggle with wanting to be festive for the 4th of July but not over the top. I have found my balance and my outfit for this year! Small pops of color is the key to make this outfit.  This off the shoulder dress is the perfect canvas for any outfit but especially for the 4th! The seersucker pattern brings in a subtle stripe of white which balances out adding a pop of red. I added red with my lipstick but you can definitely wear red earrings, handbag, or shoes!  Another reason I am in love with this dress is that it's long enough for me to feel comfortable. The wind can blow and I don't have to worry about being the next Marylin Monroe. The elastic waistband and shoulder band keeps it in place for ease as well. The fabric is thick enough to not be see-through but lightweight for the heat!  Happy planning for the 4th!
