I love wearing shorts with blouses like this in the Spring. It's perfect for the transition time when you want it to be much warmer than it actually is. Wearing a long sleeve top with shorts is the perfect way to balance it. 

This top is so comfortable! The ruffles give it a cute feminine flair along with the embroidery. I love that it's still very neutral in colors so I can wear it to work as well.
