5 months into this health and fitness journey, finally I am ready to share my nutritional supplements with y'all! I have experimented and tried to find options that work for me and my needs.

PRE WORKOUT | AH! This stuff is THE BOMB. I have tried so many pre-workouts. Let me tell you. Some are WAY TOO intense and others do nothing. This pre-workout is the perfect balance of a kick in the pants, the slight tingles (when you feel like you need to move your body, it's from the Beta-alanine), and the fact that it has no fillers and is naturally colored. I will not be using any other pre-workout. This has me hooked! I love both the cotton candy grape and the rainbow candy (tastes like skittles).

Due to recent events....me getting stuck in traffic AFTER taking my pre-workout, I was overwhelmed with questions on which one I take! I hope this answers your questions and thank you for laughing with me!

BCAA | SEE BELOW FOR BENEFITS. I have loved the Alani Nu BCAA's. The flavors are so good! my fave is for sure the sour gummy but I also love the peach rings. I can't explain it but it tastes like I am eating a bag of sour patch kids and helps curb my sweet tooth!

SUPER GREENS | I talk about this one in-depth on THIS post but I have been drinking this every night and it has helped so much with my digestive issues!

BALANCE | I will be doing a full post breakdown and my journey with this supplement in a couple of months but y'all, this is a lifesaver. If you suffer from hormonal acne, balancing your hormones post-baby, balancing hormones after getting off hormonal birth control, etc. This is for you. YOU HAVE TO get through the first 2-3 weeks of rough symptoms though: headaches, bloating, feeling off, maybe a little irritable. This happens because it's working, it's balancing your hormones which means you are in a state of transition. Look at the testimonies on their Instagram, it's insane!

ALIVE MULTI VITAMINS | These are hands down my favorite multivitamins! They have fruits and veggies mixed in. They also don't have the extra fillers other gummy vitamins have.

ACTIVATED CHARCOAL | I take this at night to help with detoxing the body and help with daily bloating. FULL BLOG POST on bloating!

RIPPLE PROTEIN | This is the protein I have been mentioning on my stories! I LOVE it! It's plant-based. I love the to-go shakes for my Protein Coffee (recipe here) as well as the powder for my shakes and smoothie bowls. The thing that I love the most about the powder is that the carbs are SUPER low so it's great for my low carb days. The consistency easily mixes too!

I still LOVE the supplements I mention below. I like to change them up every once in a while or try new brands.

PROTEIN | I have searched long and hard for a protein that was plant based because this girl can't have any dairy. It's a great combo of low carb, low fat, and high protein! I love the vanilla and chocolate. This is also the protein I will put in my coffee! I have little cartons of it in my car to keep it convenient when I am on the go.

PRE WORKOUT | I stopped taking pre workout for the longest time. Last year I started taking pre-workout again. I have been trying out different ones and FINALLY found this one! I love it. They have so many flavors. I take 1/2 a scoop in about 6 oz. of water about 20 minutes before I workout.

BCAA DURING WORKOUT | I started drinking BCAA supplements in my water as I workout. Y'ALL!!! This is huge! I love THIS one and THIS one. I mix one scoop into my water bottle for my workout. They help with muscle recovery, hydration, muscle endurance during your workout, and building muscle.

POST WORKOUT | Y'all know I LOVE my pre-workout gummy bears. Well, there is research done on the benefits of the gelatin in gummy bears helping your muscles recover after working out. I recently starting using THIS supplement in THIS same pre-workout-gummy bear recipe vs. the pre workout. I FEEL so good after eating these and having my post workout protein shake.

DIGESTIVE SUPPORT | I take this before my breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This helps SO much with digesting my food and alleviating that bloat that comes along with eating a lot of calories. My body is still getting used to digesting the increase calories so this supplement has been huge.

SLEEP & RELAXATION | I take these calm gummies about 20 minutes before I go to bed to help my body relax and allow myself to sleep. I can't take melatonin for some reason.

HAIR SKIN & NAILS | IoniCell For Women

When I workout, it can wreck my skin in a bad way. Not just on my face but my neck, back, and chest. I nickname this the sports bra zone lol, I always break out from the stupid straps! Also, when you are working out heavily, your body can be depleted in vitamins and minerals that it needs. I have gotten so many DM's the last couple weeks talking about my glowing skin. THIS supplement is the cause. It's literally made my skin glow.

This supplement has not only helped with my complexion but also those little baby hairs around my face! I opened up about this a couple of months ago.
