When you think, natural deodorant, you probably think a little stinky and pretty sweaty. Yup, exactly why I hadn't made the switch until now! I have been using a natural deodorant that actually works for a month now and ready to share the secrets.
The reason why your armpits stink isn't because of the sweat, it's because of a PH imbalance caused by bacteria. Mind freaking blown. I always thought it was due to the sweat.
Natural deodorant doesn't block your sweat glands, so yes you still sweat, but that's healthier! Your body is meant to sweat, it's how it cools itself down and rids your body of toxins. You block those with regular antiperspirant, guess what, your body ain't cooling down and you are trapping those toxins in your body. yuck.

It's best to do an armpit detox to clean out the sweat glands and pores that have toxins, chemicals, and bacteria trapped in them.
Initially, I did a 7 day detox with this mask and now I do it once a week.
DETOX RECIPE:
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Paraben-Free Bentonite Clay
-mix
-spread thin layer on armpits
-let sit for 15 minutes
-shower off
-spray witch hazel on after your shower

Soooo balancing the PH levels in your armpits is essential for making your natural deodorant work. Use your personal care wash for your nether regions on your armpits! THIS one is my favorite, it has the best ingredients for you that I have found in stores.

Using witch hazel on your armpits before you use your deodorant is also a great way to balance your PH levels as well as clear out any bacteria since it's an anti-bacterial.
I LOVE this one by Thayer's! It has lavender and aloe in it as well as it is a spray, cause that is so much easier to use! I use this as a face toner as well.
Now the natural deodorant that has been working. I have tried them ALL! Yes, even the oh so loved Native.
