7 Days of Dirty Hairstyles for in between washes

Thank you to Mirum for sponsoring this post. All opinions are my own.

If you have followed me for any amount of time, y'all know I am made up of 70% coffee and 30% dry shampoo. I go up to 7 days without washing my hair! The only way I can do this for the health of my hair is changing up my hairstyles and using dry shampoo in between washes. I have 7 tried and true dirty hairstyles in between washes!

I get asked how I can go up to 7 days without washing my hair. The biggest secret is changing up your hairstyle each day! Once I have washed my hair and blown it dry, I have a series of 7 hairstyles that I use in a certain order to help extend my hair.

I will be documenting each one of these hairstyles in real time on my Instagram Stories this week so be sure to follow along!

CURLY HAIR PRODUCTS I would recommend for in-between washes: TRESemme Between Washes Curl Revive Styling Foam || TRESemme Between Washes Smooth Renew Anti-Frizz Cream

My girl Amanda, from Pardon Muah, shared about the Curl Revive Styling Foam on THIS post...I am shook! I literally ran and bought it real quick because it is perfect for freshening up curls from a curling iron! She did a tutorial on her stories too.

All of these products are at CVS and on sale right now! Select TRESemmé products 2 for $10 WITH CARD. Offer valid 5/19 – 5/25!!

DAY ONE | Curls

First, I spray TRESemme Between Washes Volumizing Dry Shampoo in my freshly washed hair so that it adds texture and holds the curl.

This is the same way I curl my hair that I have talked about on stories on here on the blog. I do a tight curl with a 1.25-inch barrel curling iron. I curl every piece of my hair and hold about 1-inch sections in the curling iron for a couple of seconds to hold a tighter curl.

DAY TWO | Loose Curls

I freshen up my curls with a little TRESemme Between Washes Volumizing Dry Shampoo throughout the ends of my hair, brush through the curls from the day before, then finish off with a little hairspray to hold that loose curl.

DAY THREE | Slight Wave

I use a little TRESemme Between Washes Volumizing Dry Shampoo in the top of of my hair and through the ends to add volume. Then I brush through it all to blend. This gives your hair the most beautiful effortless wave.

DAY FOUR | Curly Ponytail

I spray TRESemme Between Washes Volumizing Dry Shampoo into the crown of my hair and scrunch with my fingers. Then a pull it all up into a high pony. I then spray TRESemme Between Washes Volumizing Dry Shampoo through the ends and scrunch with my fingers to give texture and volume!

DAY FIVE | Baseball Hat

This is the best to cover your roots when your curls are still in really good condition! I spray just a bit of TRESemme Between Washes Volumizing Dry Shampoo through the ends to revive them, brush through them real quick, then throw on a baseball hat!

DAY SIX | Topknot

These always look best with DIRTY hair. I spray TRESemme Between Washes Volumizing Dry Shampoo through the ends of my hair then pull it all into a high ponytail. Then I back comb my ends a bit to create volume and then wrap it around the base of my ponytail for a fluffy topknot. I secure the ends with a bobby pin or by tucking them into the hair tie.

DAY SIX | Fedora

Finally, this is the best last day hairstyle because you can barely see any of your hair! I spray a little TRESemme Between Washes Volumizing Dry Shampoo through the ends of my hair, then pull pieces around my face down, then take the rest and put it in a low messy bun off to the right side of my head. Lastly, slap that fedora on top and GO! I always get questions on this look, it's literally the EASIEST look ever. Takes me 30 seconds.
